Thomas Pires is the Office Operations Associate and reports to the COO of Paragon Companies. Thomas is a Licensed Sales Associate and student of law. Before Paragon, Thomas worked for Weichert Realtors. Tom focuses on the administrative aspects of the formation, execution and management of ongoing projects. Thomas believes that every project requires a collaborative and standardized approach and as such, organized and developed systems to support the Paragon Real Estate Group and Development teams. Thomas is an aspiring law student at Rutgers University.
